We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items in their original packing & condition within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Instruments must be not be used and free of biological contaminants before returning. We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or contaminated items.

For returns, please contact us at support@regalinstruments.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package. Your email should contain all details of your order and reason for returning your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Items must be packed well to avoid damage and shipped using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of delivery until your return is processed.

Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days after the items are received and inspected at our facility. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

We do not refund shipping cost paid at the time of placing order. Only item cost will be refunded in case of approval of return request.
